EDS Utility Connections

At EDS, we offer a first-class service delivering and project managing all your utility connection needs.

You will be assigned an individual project manager who will be responsible for the delivery of all your utility needs and will have one point of contact for all connections.

All instruction, descriptions, quotes, payments, local authorities, job dates, address registration, metering and final completions will be managed by your account manager. You will simply have one contact one number, one email and the rest is done by ourselves.

Quotes can be given including or excluding the cost of the excavation and reinstatement of private land.

Utility connections can take a minimum of 12 weeks to connect all supplies and cannot be connected whilst your site has any skips or scaffolding.

From experience, it is worth bearing in mind that the process can be lengthy and therefore should be dealt with early on within the project.
